"Stephenson’s installation is ethereal: a fleeting moment of ink-flow frozen on paper. Paradoxically, it also feels primordial: meandering rivulets of pigment are like ancient topographies carved by rivers; billowing breezes arise and disappear, setting her work into timeless undulating motion.
